Sustaining Ecclesial Movements as Evangelising Forces
This presentation will explore some of the common characteristics of ecclesial movements and why it is that they can be a force for evangelisation in the life of the church. Mario will also discuss how it is that the “Criteria of Ecclesiality” proposed by Pope John Paul II in Christifideles Laici (no. 30) provides a tool for assisting lay movements to more effectively contribute to the mission of the Church and will offer suggestions as to how ecclesial movements can see their charisms sustained into an ever changing world.
