Accompanying the Ordained and Consecrated

Those called to ordination or consecrated life devote their life to the mission of Jesus Christ. How can we bridge the gap and walk together with them in friendship, responsibility and mission? This keynote talk will look at ways to explore and think about building stronger relationships with our clergy and religious.

Since 2015, Kylie Cullen has managed the Catholic Immigration Office for the Sydney Archdiocese, directing the effective management of 27 migrant chaplaincies. Along with this, she runs a private practice as a Psychotherapist and Pastoral Supervisor. Kylie is a Council member on the Bishops Committee for Evangelisation, Laity and Ministry, a committee member for the Ongoing Formation of Clergy in Sydney, and a Formator for the Permanent Deaconate training program in Sydney, where she leads the formation on Psychosexual and Human Development. Kylie has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), a Bachelor of Theology, and has fulfilled the requirements for the Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology.
